- An explicit Move-Update advisory on applicable runs — reported as advisory/not-evaluable, never as a verified pass
- The file-determinable USPS checks that run alongside it: Intelligent Mail barcode integrity (including the USPS-B-3200 FCS round-trip) on PDF, presort and field checks on AFP
- Clear separation in the report between what the file proves and what only mailer-side data can prove

What is the USPS Move-Update requirement?
Addresses on commercial mail must have been checked against a change-of-address method (like NCOALink) within 95 days of mailing. Non-compliance found in assessments carries per-piece costs.
Why can’t a document tool verify Move-Update?
Because the requirement lives in your address hygiene process, not the artwork. The honest thing a document QC tool can do — and what Preflight does — is flag exposure and verify everything the file itself can prove.
What happens to my documents?
Uploads are tenant-scoped, encrypted at rest, and anonymous uploads auto-purge within 24 hours. Result pages are token-gated and never indexed.
