Verified mail
Mail a letter that’s verified correct before it ships
Compose a letter, we check the document is structurally correct and the address is deliverable, then print & mail it via USPS. You see the checks pass before you pay — and every piece keeps a verification receipt.
Send a verified letter →How it works
- Compose — enter the sender, recipient, and your letter.
- Verify — the address is checked for deliverability and the generated piece is run through Preflight’s engine (barcode, placement, structure). You see the result before paying.
- Pay & send — transparent per-piece price, then we print and mail it via USPS. Track it to delivery; download the proof.
Transparent per-piece pricing
| Service | Price / letter |
|---|---|
| First-Class | $1.28 |
| Certified | $5.63 |
| Certified + return receipt | $9.23 |
No subscription — you pay per letter. Certified includes USPS tracking; return receipt adds proof of delivery.
What we verify — and what we don’t
We verify the document’s structure (a valid Intelligent Mail barcode, the address block placed correctly, a clean print-ready PDF) and the address’s deliverability. We do not verify the legal sufficiency or accuracy of your letter’s content, and delivery timing is the USPS’s. Anything our engine can’t determine is reported “not evaluable,” never a false pass.
